I know you hear it all the time build your list or you should be building a list. If you are new to marketing your MLM business online and don’t exactly know what a list is, pay close attention to this post.
If you have been in network marketing for any amount of time you know that to build a successful business you need to be talking to people about your business each and everyday. One of the reasons that so many people fail in this industry is that they just don’t have enough people to talk to, once their friends and family are contacted there is no one else to talk to and most people get frustrated and quit.
So what is a list? A list is a tally of leads that you have generated from marketing your business from a variety of different marketing strategies. Now there are many ways to market your business, I will get into marketing strategies in future posts but once you generate leads, those leads end up on your personal list.
There are a few things that you need to be doing with your list because these leads are future business partners and customers.
1 You should be building a relationship with this list
2 You should be providing value to your list
3 You should be marketing to your list
There are specific ways to do these things but what you need to understand is that you need to be communicating with your list on a constant basis giving them the help they need to help build their network marketing business.
